I love this image for two reasons: First, there is a picture of a dog. Second, I feel being kind is more than just a sentiment to aspire to – it is something we can do right in this moment – start right in, up close, start with just being kind to ourselves and let it flow from there. When people have shown me kindness, even strangers, tears well in my eyes. I feel held deep in my heart and more to the point, I feel kindness and compassion toward others, so yeah, I’m sprinkling that shit everywhere…..
